炭燒和牛漢堡昼食,採用備長炭烹煮手工製作的和牛漢堡,讓牛肉散發濃郁香味。搭配日本蛋醬油漬和秘製醬料,並嚴選北海道上等白米「夢美人」,十分惹味。

Charcoal-grilled Wagyu Burger Lunch

1)The first cut: The Taste the Wagyu

Without any seasoning, savor the juicy Wagyu that fill your mouth.

2)The second cut: With the Secret Sauce

Adding a savory flavor to the Wagyu burger

3)The third cut: Dipped in Japanese Egg and Soy Sauce

Dipping the Wagyu burger in egg yolk. Then adding the soy-marinated sauce to the rice, creating a juicy and tasty dish!

Seared Pork Rice Bowl with Garlic-miso 

1)Full of chives

Gently stir the rice to allow the chivas to mix with the rice.

2)Experience the Flavour of Chives and Tender Meat

Take a spoonful of the rice and pork, and experience the combination of chives and miso with rice and tender pork

3)Deeper the Flavour

Adding chives optionally,  double the flavour.

炙燒蒜香味噌豚肉丼,以炙燒鹿兒島豚肉及北海道上等白米「夢美人」為主,口感軟硬適中的米飯加上新鮮的法蔥及味噌醬料滲透於米飯中,更為入味。
鮭鰈盛焰,將三文魚和蝶魚邊炙燒,讓魚油的香氣滲入魚沼越光米飯,米飯加入特製醬油和切丁的冬瓜,營造出甜美而豐富的口味。您亦可使用紫菜片自己製作手卷,帶來一種另類風味。
